Founded in 2013, Le LABA is a centre of expertise specialising in European funding and intervenes in the creative and cultural industries sector. LABA is committed to the issue of refugees and takes part in numerous subjects on the subject (e.g. Migrants Music Manifesto funded by the Creative Europe programme, Migratory Musics funded by the Erasmus+ programme).

Hal Far Outreach (HFO) is a non-profit organisation that helps to empower those who seek refuge in Malta, with a specific focus on the people who are residing in and around the Open Centers in Ħal Far.
The organisation consists of an experienced and dedicated team of volunteers, with backgrounds from Humanitarian Action to Engineering, working for and with the residents of Ħal Far.Hal Far Outreach strives to help empower those who seek refuge in Malta. We envision a society in which migrants, asylum seekers and refugees form an integral part of the communities in Malta; a society where everyone has the right to be equal and to live with dignity and freedom. The organisation functions as a bridge between the services available in Malta and the ones who have need for them. The Centre Emile Durkheim – political science and comparative sociology (UMR 5116, CNRS, Sciences Po Bordeaux, University of Bordeaux), bears the name of the promoter of the comparative method in social sciences. Since its creation, the CED has occupied an original position in the scientific landscape by working on the development and systematisation of the comparative approach in political science and sociology.
Our research aims to study one or more phenomena in multi-sited, diversified and contrasting fields in order to test or enrich general hypotheses. The work carried out by the members of the CED also allows us to develop questions on the connections, scale games and crossings that take place between the cases studied. Finally, they propose to grasp the multiple translations and hybridisations resulting from transnational dynamics.

EDRA applies a holistic approach regarding its services, offering aid and psychosocial support to various social groups.
