This experience report has been prepared according to the following methodology:

• Documentary analysis of documents provided by the COS Foundation (minutes of meeting, presentation of the project, calendar, resource documents, etc.)

• Individual interviews with
  • The project coordinator
  • 3 vocational counsellors (out of 4 who participated in the project)
  • 2 refugees (out of 10 who participated at some point in the project)
  • 1 peer helper (out of 5 who participated), a second one was requested but could not make herself available
  • 2 partners (employer and trainer)
